  12.   If you have an interest in tracing
  13.  
  14. your family history, you may have had
  15.  
  16. a problem with organizing the
  17.  
  18. information you find.  FAMILY RECORD
  19.  
  20. SHEET will help organize your data by
  21.  
  22. printing out a handy two-page form
  23.  
  24. that has plenty of space to write
  25.  
  26. information under headings like DATE
  27.  
  28. OF BIRTH and PLACE OF DEATH.
  29.  
  30.  
  31.   To use this program, you must first
  32.  
  33. have your printer up and ready to run.
  34.  
  35. You then press "P" and then RETURN to
  36.  
  37. begin the program.
  38.  
  39.  
  40.   The program will then list a label,
  41.  
  42. NAME.  If you are making a permanent
  43.  
  44. record of information you have
  45.  
  46. already gathered, type in the name
  47.  
  48. and press RETURN.  If you are
  49.  
  50. interested only in making a blank
  51.  
  52. form, press RETURN.  According to
  53.  
  54. your goals, respond to other prompts
  55.  
  56. in the same way.

  59.   The information will go straight to
  60.  
  61. your printer as soon as you press
  62.  
  63. RETURN.  When you get to the section
  64.  
  65. about your subject's children, you
  66.  
  67. will be prompted to press RUN-STOP/
  68.  
  69. RESTORE combination to end the
  70.  
  71. program. Typing in RUN and pressing
  72.  
  73. RETURN will restart the program.

  76.   NOTE: FAMILY RECORD SHEET was

  78. designed specifically for the
  79.  
  80. Commodore 1526 and MPS-802 printers.
  81.  
  82. If you have a different printer, you
  83.  
  84. may need to alter the program. Consult

  86. your printer manual.
